Sweet Caroline at 6 Months!

From weddings to babies, I so much love to see how lives change through their seasons. From previous post, Jen and Brad got married two years ago on September 13. Then this year, I photographed darling Caroline at 3 months and here she is again at 6 months! She definitely is a sweetie.....

Meet Austin!

First of all, I just want to say, I mean no ill feelings here…I am speaking from the heart and was and is totally touched by a family who let me into their lives to document…..It is strange, funny, and at the same time overwhelming how you meet people. The Polarized Magnets of Earth pulling us together, cause we must meet…..I met Austin as a young boy…I think he was 12 or something when I photographed him. From that session, came a wedding of his Mom about 4-5 years later……At the wedding I meet this fantastic niece of the bride, cousin to Austin, Brogan, who’s heart is so so strong and amazing you just cant help to fall in love with her….Little did I know, she has battled cancer at a younger age. At the wedding, she was complaining about her rib bones hurting when she swam…That rock this families world again…..She was no longer in remission…..and in the battlefield again…..I got the privilege to photograph this beautiful Brogan, and she passed away last November. I can’t help but to look at these pictures of Austin, I think of Brogan looking down on Austin….Giving her a wish to him…..

Just amazed at how I can see different personalities yet still see similarities! What a fun evening we had, first at the studio then at the park for some natural kids as they are pics....I just love these...... :)

Hayden, Caroline & Annagrace....

I am somewhat very privileged, like I have said many times, but I just can't help it..... Privileged to watch my kids grow up, but even more, to watch stages in people lives. Meet Hayden, Caroline and Annagrace....well, this is the first time I am meeting Annagrace but the other two I feel like I have somehow been a part of their lives....making memories for Mom and Dad....and I just love seeing these kids grow...

Everything about Cassidi and Ben is true...True to each other, true to themselves..and it was so obvious they are true to the One Maker and willing to make sacrifices for the rest of their lives to each other....I love everything about their day, and so happy they let me share in their memories.....
